PRESENCE WITH YOU, IN COMMUNITY
"Wherever you are, be there. If you can be fully present now, you'll know what it means to live" - Steve Goodier.
When was the last time you were fully present for one thing? And when was that one thing YOU?..to ask "How am I doing today?".
In a growing felt and experienced response to an epidemic of distraction, absence, and loneliness, a "POWER OF PAUSE" community was seeded. My strongest intuition wonders what is happening to our capacity to be fully present with our friends, our children, our families, and our colleagues. And once those moments pass by, what energy is left for you to be present with YOU?
"How am I doing today?"
On a personal note, the moment I paused regularly, I fostered a deeper sense of presence with myself. I notice myself more effortlessly aligning my choices with who I am at my core and have become more present and patient with whom I see in the mirror and people see each day. When alone or surrounded by people I realize how beautifully unlonely being alone can be. (Spoken like a true introvert). I feel more at peace and in love with all of life. That's me! I wonder, then, what will a weekly "PAUSE" bring for you?
"I began to realize how beautifully unlonely being alone can be."
The price of admission is simply your presence! Yes, it's that important. This is a community whose sole purpose is to 'pay forward pause and presence'.
Every Monday, 11 am - 12 pm ET, on Zoom with Pete.
Summit Coaching and its global "PAUSE" partners invite you to a worldwide community of creative presence and reflective practices. After pausing together, professional leaders, coaches, and community members come together in open conversation about whatever feels most important that day. We are stronger together!
"My pause is my reset. A chance to get quiet each week and have a moment to shift my perspective, to check in with me and my world. I don't get to do that often. It inspires me to find creative ways to bring a pause to others"
“What you focus on grows, what you think about expands, and what you dwell upon determines your destiny.”
